CONSTRUCTION STARTS ON MOSTRA RENTAL CONDOS IN LONGUEUIL
Longueuil, November 20, 2017. Mr. Frédéric Soucy, President of COGIR Management Corporation, GP; Mr. Jean-Marc Bélanger, Vice President Operations, Multiresidential Division; as well as Sylvie Grenier, Press Attaché for MNA Diane Lamarre, attended the official groundbreaking on Monday, November 20 to launch the construction of Mostra Rental Condos Longueuil. “This large-scale construction project, which involves an investment of over $36 million, will have 220 rental units," said Mr. Frédéric Soucy.

Spearheaded by Cogir Real Estate, the opening of Mostra Rental Condos Longueuil is planned for July 1, 2019.
